Just hours after being jolted by a 3.4 earthquake, another tremor served as an early wake-up call Monday for residents in Edmond.
A 3.3 magnitude quake shook central Oklahoma at 5:07 a.m. on November 11. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, it was centered five miles northeast of Edmond and 17 miles north northeast of Oklahoma City.
News 9 received several calls, emails, and Facebook posts about the quake. While people were shaken up, there were no reports of damage or injuries.
Sunday around 5:30 p.m., another earthquake hit just four miles north northeast of Edmond.
