$42M Apartment Complex Coming To Midtown

A new $42-million 27-unit apartment complex is coming to Midtown Oklahoma City.

Cornerstone Development tells News 9 the 5-story project is set to break ground next Spring at Northwest 10th and Shartel.

The plan includes retail stores on the bottom floor.

This is just one of several projects in the works in that area.
