An Oklahoma man accused in the synthetic drug overdose deaths of two people is sentenced.
On Monday, a judge gave Cody Weddle 80 years with all but 10 of those years suspended. Weddle entered a blind plea that allowed the district judge to determine his penalty. Weddle is also getting credit for time served.
Stacy Jewell and Andrew Akerman died after taking the synthetic drug which Weddle bought online and brought to a party in Konawa last December. Several others were sickened but survived.
