Tulsa Police say a man got away with a wallet after threatening a local resident with a gun early Monday.
Officers said the armed robbery occurred in the 13000 block of East 23rd Street just after 1:30 a.m.
The victim told police a man in his early 20s riding in a black-colored pickup pulled up as he was getting out of his car. The victim said the man was armed with a handgun and demanded his wallet. After getting the wallet, the man got back into passenger side of the pickup which drove off.
The pickup was last seen headed west towards 129th East Avenue.
Police said the victim, who was not injured could not provide a good description of the robber.
