The Muskogee Police Department arrested a man on multiple drug and gun complaints after conducting a search of his home Wednesday morning.
Corporal Mike Mahan with the Muskogee Police said they arrested 34-year-old Hank Bell after a search of his home found items believed to be drugs and drug paraphernalia and multiple firearms.
Mahan said they recovered a surveillance camera and a TV monitor, items believed to be methamphetamine, marijuana and prescription drugs, a 9 m.m. semi-automatic pistol, a 12-gauge shotgun, an assault-style semi-automatic .22 caliber rifle and drug paraphernalia.
Bell admitted to being a member of the Indian Brotherhood gang, reports say.
He's being held for possession of a firearm after conviction of a felony, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, child endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of surveillance equipment in the commission of a felony.
Mahan said Bell's five-year-old son was in the home at the time and the narcotics and guns were in an area accessible to the child.
He said D.H.S. is assessing the placement of the child.
