LeFlore County Couple Set For Trial On Child Neglect-Sex Abuse Charges

A Monroe couple accused of 9 counts of child neglect and 3 counts of child sexual abuse each have been bound over for trial.

A LeFlore County judge ruled following an 11 hour preliminary hearing Thursday in Poteau.

The couple, James and Lucinda Haskins were arrested in November 2011 at their secluded home near the Arkansas state line.

The Haskins have nine children, ranging in age from three to 17.  All nine children are now in the state's custody.

The couple will be back in court, March 7, 2012.
