UNDATED -- A warning for Oklahoma drivers about a real danger this time of year: Deer on roadways.
Tuesday, a 16-year-old swerved to miss a deer near South Coffeyville and hit a bridge rail, flipping his truck 6 1/2 times.
Casey Miller was thrown from the truck and is in critical condition, as is his 7-year-old brother, who was also ejected. Their 12-year-old sister was not seriously injured.
Over the weekend, A Sand Springs woman was killed after a deer disabled her car on Highway 97. Shelly Vanbeber was outside the vehicle when another driver hit her.
