BERRYHILL, Oklahoma -- Investigators are trying to determine what caused a fire that destroyed a two-story home in Berryhill early Tuesday morning.
Berryhill Fire got the call just before 4 a.m.
Firefighters were told two people and their dogs were still inside the home in the 4600 block of West 30th, but by the time firefighters arrived, the couple and their dogs had escaped unharmed.
The residents told firefighters smoke alarms woke them up.
The Tulsa and Sand Springs Fire Departments were called to assist in fighting the fire.
