COLLINSVILLE, Oklahoma – McLain offensive lineman Ashton Lott sustained a hard hit to the head Friday and lay motionless before being taken off the field in a stretcher.
McLain head coach Dan Bitson said Lott was taken to St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, but that doing so was just a precaution. Lott had movement in all of his extremities, and Coach Bitson said doctors believe Lott suffered a pinched nerve.
Lott still had some tingling and soreness on the right side of his body, but Coach Bitson said Lott is doing fine.
