TULSA, Oklahoma -- Two Tulsa discount stores were robbed early Saturday morning. Police say the Family Dollar at 1919 East 11th was hit at about 8 a.m. then the Dollar General at 400 S. Lewis was robbed about an hour later.
Police believe the same men were involved in both robberies. They were described as black males, both about 5'6" tall and each armed with a hand gun.
The suspects stole cash from the registers at both locations. No shots were fired, and no one was injured.
The men ran away from the stores on foot, and police believe they may live nearby.
