Fruit Kabobs with Honey Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

1 pint of strawberries, rinsed with tops cut off

1 pineapple, rinsed, chopped into cubes

5 kiwi, rinsed, peeled and sliced into thick slices

4 bananas, cut into thick slices

2 Tbsp orange juice

2 c. plain yogurt or Greek yogurt

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla flavoring

4 Tbsp Honey

10-15 Bamboo skewers

Put strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, and bananas all in their own separate bowls. Coat sliced bananas with orange juice to prevent browning. Use bamboo skewers to begin assembling the fruit cubes and slices in random order. After kabobs are assembled, put to the side. Mix the yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla and honey in a bowl. You can serve the kabobs on a platter and place the bowl of yogurt dip next to it.
