 Ingredients:

4 c. Quaker Oat Squares cereal

1/2 c.   Raisins

1/2 c.  Dried cranberries

2 c. Dry roasted peanuts, unsalted

1 c.   Almonds, unsalted (can use a flavored almond)

 

Makes 16 servings of ½ c. each.

Each ½ c. = 168 calories, 22g carb, 3g fiber, 8g fat, and 6g protein.
