Grass Fire Burns Near Skiatook

TULSA COUNTY, OK -- Dry conditions and strong winds fueled a grass fire today near State Highway 20 just west of U.S. 75.

The flames were headed right for some homes near Skiatook, but firefighters were able get the fire under control quickly.

Five acres burned. The cause of the fire is unknown.
