BIXBY, OK -- Police have arrested a nursing home aide on complaints of making a lewd proposal and sexual battery.
Police say the arrest of 36-year old Edward Marshall of Broken Arrow stems from an incident last week at a Bixby nursing home where he worked.
Marshall was booked into the Tulsa County jail on Friday, but later released on bond.
