Neighborhood Recognized For Beauty

BROKEN ARROW, OK -- Broken Arrow city leaders honored the first Certified Beautiful Neighborhood on Wednesday.

The city installed a sign recognizing the accomplishments in Birchwood, near 129^th East Avenue and 101^st Street South.

Broken Arrow leaders say it shows neighbors take pride in their community.  And, they say it can make the area more desirable, boosting home values.        

The city hopes more neighborhoods will get involved.
