Overnight Accident Leads To Power Outage

TULSA, OK -- An overnight accident causes a major power outage in east Tulsa.

Tulsa Police say two cars collided at U.S. Highway 169 and 31st Street around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.

One car clipped a wire support for a utility pole causing the power to go out. A number of residents and businesses in the area were without electricity for a time.

No one was hurt.

PSO called out utility crews to restore power to the area.
