Creek County authorities want to know what sparked a fire in a home near Sapulpa.
The fire happened around 11 p.m. Sunday in the 6100 block of 44th West Avenue.
Fire crews from Sapulpa and Tulsa County responded to the blaze.
No one was hurt. And it turns out the home was vacant. An investigation into the fire's cause is underway.
And in Tulsa, an apartment fire early Monday leaves a family displaced.
Tulsa firefighters were called to the Rose Rock Apartments at 17th and Memorial shortly before 5 p.m. Tulsa Police believe a woman was smoking in the apartment sparking the fire.
One firefighter at the scene had to be treated for heat exhaustion but will be okay.
