The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation turns an investigation over to a special prosecutor. Rogers County Commissioner Mike Helm is under investigation, accused of misusing county funds and equipment.

The OSBI and Rogers County have been looking into the alleged misappropriation since last August. Law enforcement would not comment on the specifics of the investigation.

Helm says he is not guilty of any wrong doing and does not expect to be charged.
