Former Rogers County Commissioner Randy Baldridge could spend the next several years in prison. A federal judge sentenced him Tuesday to 37 months. Baldridge was convicted earlier this year on several counts, including conspiracy, money laundering and fraud.
An FBI investigation found evidence that he and six others pocketed money meant for Rogers County projects. The sentence is actually a lot less than what prosecutors wanted.
Baldridge's lawyer has indicated he plans to appeal.
