Man Arrested In Murder-For-Hire Plot

DEL CITY, Okla. (AP) _ A Del City man is accused of trying to hire someone to kill his ex-wife and sell her daughter into slavery. <br/><br/>Kennneth Charles Townsend is charged with solicitation for murder.

DEL CITY, Okla. (AP) _ A Del City man is accused of trying to hire someone to kill his ex-wife and sell her daughter into slavery.

Kennneth Charles Townsend is charged with solicitation for murder.

An undercover federal agent says Townsend asked him to take his ex-wife and her teenage daughter to Mexico where he was to kill the woman and sell the girl as a sex slave.

Court documents say authorities began investigating Townsend in April when an informant told them Townsend had threatened an Oklahoma County judge and a woman.
