The Blitz 1170 AM's Poplin Named Oklahoma Sportscaster Of The Year

One of Oklahoma's Own was awarded the state's biggest sportscasting honor on Tuesday.

Griffin Media's Jeremie Poplin was named Oklahoma's Sportscaster Of The Year by the National Sports Media Association.

Poplin and co-host Colby Daniels can be heard from 3-6 p.m. weekdays on The Blitz 1170 AM in Tulsa.

The NSMA will honor its award winners and Hall of Fame inductees during the organization’s 64th awards weekend and national convention, to be held this summer in North Carolina.
