TULSA, OK -- The CEO of Tulsa's Arrow Trucking was served with a notice Tuesday that he and his company are being sued in federal court.

Three former employees have filed the lawsuit claiming the company violated the WARN act, which requires companies to give a 60-day notice before any massive layoffs.

The employees also claim Arrow Trucking did not pay employees for their last three-to-four weeks of work.

The employees who filed the lawsuit hope to have it made into a class-action suit to cover the hundreds of other employees who are also out of work.

Doug Pielsticker, Arrow's CEO, has 21 days to respond to the federal lawsuit.
