Muskogee Police Investigate Homicide

MUSKOGEE, OK -- Muskogee Police are investigating a homicide in their community.

Police tell The News On 6, a man's body was found in a parked SUV at 24th and Peak Thursday morning.

Officers say the victim had a gunshot wound to the head.

The SUV had Arkansas license plates, so Muskogee Police are working with Arkansas authorities to determine the identity of the man.

He is believed to be between 20 and 30 years of age.
