TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are looking for three men who robbed a Tulsa restaurant late Sunday.
Police say officers were dispatched to Popeye's Chicken at 1117 East Pine about 9:45 p.m.
Store employees told police, three men entered the store while the manager was taking out the trash. When the manager came back in, the men ordered the manager to open the safe.
The manager complied and one of the men removed three cash drawers from the safe and put the money into plastic bags.
Police say one of the suspects was armed with a silver handgun.
After getting the cash, the three fled the store.
Police tried to track the trio with a K-9 officer, but they believe a getaway vehicle was parked nearby.
Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspects is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
