Tulsa Police have made an arrest in Friday morning's Bank of Oklahoma robbery. The suspect has been identified as Christopher Alfred Harris, 22.

The armed robbery took place at about 9:30 a.m. at the 31st and Garnett Bank of Oklahoma branch.

Police say Harris was armed with a semi-automatic pistol that he pointed at the teller, demanding money. He then got away with an unknown amount of money and left the bank running north.

Several witnesses saw the man jump a fence and run towards the Meadows Apartments, 2820 South 116th East Avenue.

Police took a still frame from surveillance video to the complex and say Harris was identified by other residents.

Police went to his apartment where they arrested him, recovered the gun used in the robbery and the stolen cash.

No one was injured. The bank branch was closed down Friday morning as police investigated.
