Rogers County Deputy Honored

A deputy with five years on the job was selected as the Rogers County law enforcement officer of the year Saturday night.

Virgil Carter works for the Rogers County Sheriff's Office and is a member of its THUG Task force. On Friday, we shot video of Deputy Carter helping serve a search warrant on a Foyil convenience store.

Deputy Carter is known for his hard work and dedication.
