Cast Iron Skillet Apple Berry Crumble


2 cups diced Granny Smith apples

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup brown sugar

5 tbsp melted butter .

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1/8 cup cane sugar

2 tbsp corn starch

1/2 cup heavy cream


3/4 cup cane sugar

3/4 cup flour

1 tbsp water

1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 cup softened butter


Combine corn starch and water to make smooth paste.

Add to berry mixture to thicken slightly and simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine all Streusel topping to make crumble for top.

Cover in skillet and brown to perfection.

Ice Cream Sandwich


2 Chocolate Chip cookies

6 oz vanilla ice cream

1 oz whipped cream

1 oz chocolate syrup

maraschino cherry


Warm cookies for about 30 seconds in microwave

In between two cookies add 6 ounces of ice cream

Drizzle chocolate syrup over waffles and add whipped cream and a cherry on top
