Wanted: Man Robs Rogers County Store With Assault Rifle

Rogers County Sheriff's Office released photos of a man who robbed a Claremore-area gas station early Sunday morning in hopes the public can help identify him.

The robbery took place at about 7:30 a.m. at Kong's Korner Gas station, 14591 South Highway 66. Investigators say a man entered the store carrying an assault rifle then ran off eastbound on East 430 Road.

He is described as about 5'7" tall, 150 pounds and was wearing tan coveralls, a camouflage knit cap and sunglasses.
