TULSA, Oklahoma - Voters across Tulsa County overwhelmingly approved all the Vision propositions on the ballot Tuesday.

Tulsa County voters approved a countywide proposition while city of Tulsa voters approved the three Vision propositions on their ballots.

Voters in Collinsville, Glenpool Jenks and Owasso also approved the Vision propositions for their communities.

In Tulsa, the effort to pass the Vision plan, worth almost $885 million, included a wide range of politicians and other leaders, including several former mayors.

The Tulsa plan has three major parts: public safety, transportation, and economic development.

In Collinsville, the plan is to use the sales tax money on roads and bridges and other public works projects. In Glenpool, the money will pay for public works projects as well as police and fire equipment and personnel.

In Jenks, the money raised by the sales tax extension will fund a low water dam in the Arkansas River and other development. In Owasso, the money will improve parts of 96th Street North and 116th Street North.
