TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa police arrested a man accused of indecent exposure and being a peeping Tom after a woman says she saw him masturbating outside of her bedroom window.

Police say the victim told them the man, who was identified as Kevin Wayne Leonard, 39, knocked on her bedroom window early Saturday morning when it was still dark outside.

The woman then went to her kitchen and peeked through her blinds where her bedroom window was visible, according to police. That's when the woman saw Leonard masturbating, police say.

Next, the woman called her neighbor who lived on the other side of the duplex she lives in. When her neighbor went outside to check things out, Leonard fled, police say.

Leonard later returned. According to police, when the woman and her neighbor went to confront him, he told them he was looking for his shoe before fleeing a second time.

Police say they found a pair of jeans, socks and shoes outside of the woman's window. An officer also found a set of keys inside the pocket of the pants which appeared to be house keys and a Ford key.

While searching the area for Leonard, an officer says a man stated that he saw two strange vehicles in a nearby field in the alley just west of Troost Avenue between 3rd and 4th street.

After finding the two vehicles, a van and a white Ford F150 pickup truck, the officer saw Leonard in the truck on the passenger's side and another person, identified as Miranda Leonard, standing outside of the vehicle. After asking if they were alright, Miranda told the officer that Kevin had lost the keys to the truck. The officer then arrested Kevin.

Miranda told police that Kevin went to the woman's house to masturbate outside of a window in hopes that the woman would look out and see him.

During a show-up the woman was not sure that Kevin was the suspect since he had changed, but her neighbor said he was 100 percent sure that Kevin was the man he saw fleeing the duplex.
