Third Teen Arrested In Twin Hills School Bus Burning
OKMULGEE COUNTY, Oklahoma - Another teenager accused of stealing and burning two Twin Hills school buses is in jail.
Devin Riggins is the third Bixby teen charged in the case.
Last week, Okmulgee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Coppedge and Garrett Raynor.
Detectives say evidence left at the scene led them to the teens.
The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office says the teens were drinking on the Twin Hills school playground before they stole the buses.
Investigators say the teenagers used lighter fluid they'd shoplifted to set the buses on fire in a wooded area not far from the school.
Investigators said they don't know why teenagers decided to torch the buses or why they were at the school.
