A Tulsa driver who pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter for a deadly crash learned Monday how much time he'll spend behind bars.
A judge sentenced James Blissit to 20 years in prison but suspended all but seven years.
Police said Blissit was traveling at 97 miles-per-hour on 71st Street in September 2014 when he crested a Hill at Evanston Avenue and hit a car driven by 82-year-old Emma Jean Bennett.
