Three Names Top Tulsa's Most Wanted List
TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa Police released three names on the most wanted list.
Cardell Johnson is wanted for shooting with intent to kill.
According to an affidavit, in June 2018, Johnson drove to his cousin’s apartment, upset about money.
The report says Johnson approached his cousin, with a gun, and put it to her head. It says he went back to his vehicle and fired five or six shots at the apartment before leaving in a silver Saturn sedan.
Johnson is described as a 23-year-old man, 5-feet-10-inches tall, 162 pounds with black hair and eyes.
Ebony Hill, AKA Ebony Richardson, is also on Tulsa’s most wanted list. Police say she’s wanted for assault with a deadly weapon.
An affidavit says in July, a woman called her ex-boyfriend, Danny Richardson, to locate her car. The report says Richardson told her the car was in the parking lot of an O’Reilly’s.
When the woman went to pick up her car, the report says she heard a knock on the window and saw Hill holding a semi-automatic pistol. The report says Hill is Richardson’s wife.
The victim told police she heard Richardson yell “shoot her” and Hill fired. The report says the bullet went through the car door and hit the victim in the left thigh.
It says the victim tried to escape the passenger side door while it was in gear and the car crashed into a tree.
Hill is described as a 25-year-old woman, 5-feet-4-inches tall, 125 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Finally, police are looking for Terry Lee Smith. They say he’s wanted for smuggling contraband into a jail and auto theft.
Smith is described as a 34-year-old, 5-feet-9-inches tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
