Tulsa Police are searching for a guy who beat up and shot a man inside his apartment.
Police said the victim is still in critical condition and after investigating they said this was not a random shooting.
A neighbor called police after hearing the victim yelling from a doorway on the second floor of the Plaza Hills East Apartment.
Police said when they got there, the man had been shot three times and punched in the face several times.
Officers said the victim did not live at the apartment complex.
"The victim knows the suspect so it’s just a matter of figuring out. He knows him by his street name, so we've just got to figure out who that is," said Sergeant Brandon Watkins.
Police said the shooter goes by the street name "shorty."
