TULSA, Oklahoma - Satriale's salad, from Mike Bausch of Andolini's

Serves 2


4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
3 slices of salami, cut into strips
3 slices of prosciutto, cut into strips
3 slices of fresh mozzarella, diced
Shaved pecorino Romano, to taste
1.5 oz balsamic vinaigrette dressing


Place greens in bowl, toss with dressing. Add salami and prosciutto. Toss to coat. Add mozzarella dices, add shaved pecorino and serve.
