Osage SkyNews 6 HD flew over the Army National Guard Base in Tulsa Thursday. Several Chinook helicopters and Black Hawks are on the ground - ready to fly.
The helicopters are in Tulsa ready to drop sand bags along the levees in case those more extreme measures are needed due to flooding.
They have been used to make repairs earlier this week.
