A Tulsa woman is in the Tulsa County Jail years five years after she was deemed incompetent to stand trial for first-degree murder.

Michelle Millikin was arrested and booked into jail Monday, October 1, 2018, in the 2011 death of her uncle, Gary Bailey. Investigators say Bailey named her as his killer before he died.

Two years after his death, a forensic psychologist said Millikin was experiencing auditory hallucinations to a degree that she would not be able to attend to court proceedings. The charge was dismissed, and she has been in a mental health facility since that time.

Millikin was recently released, and prosecutors re-filed the murder charge. She will again be evaluated by a licensed forensic psychologist, according to the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office.
