Muskogee Man Sentenced To 20 Years For Road Rage Shooting

A Muskogee man is sentenced to 20 years in prison for a road rage shooting in 2017.

A judge handed down the sentence after Kelvin Riggins plead guilty on Monday.

All but 5 years of the sentence was suspended.

Muskogee police say Riggins rammed his car into several others and then shot a woman in one of the vehicles.
