Sand Springs Man Arrested For Inappropriately Touching A Child

A Sand Springs man is behind bars after investigators say he inappropriately touched a child.

Sand Springs police arrested Robert Umphrey on Tuesday.

Officers say he touched a 15-year-old girl inappropriately while the two of them watched television together.

Police say that girl told a school counselor, who then informed police.
