Man Found In Critical Condition Along Highway In Cherokee County

Cherokee County deputies are asking for information about the attack of a man along Highway 62 at the Illinois River.

They say Brian Slover was found bloodied and in critical condition.

Investigators say a woman was trying to help Slover, but disappeared before deputies could talk to her.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office.
