Tulsa Man Wanted For Shooting With Intent To Kill

Tulsa Police have named a man accused of shooting with the intent to kill on Tulsa's Most Wanted list. 

Tulsa Police are looking for Pedro Rivera.

Court documents show Rivera is accused of robbing a woman and shooting out the window of the car she was in.
