City Of Tulsa To Pay For Betty Shelby's Lawyer

The Tulsa City Council voted Wednesday to pay a lawyer for the defense of former Tulsa Police Department officer Betty Shelby.

The vote came after councilors went into special session.

The estate of Terence Crutcher filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against Shelby, who was acquitted in Crutcher's death earlier this year.
