A new program is preparing Tulsa students for high-tech jobs.
Coding Dojo opened its doors Monday on the side of 36 Degrees North in Downtown Tulsa.
The course will take students from basic computer coding to job-ready in fourteen weeks.
“There's a large shortage of tech talent, and there's a large demand for companies that need tech talent,” said Coding Dojo spokesperson Jay Patel. “We're coming in to help students get those skills and get those jobs.”
Tulsa is Coding Dojo's seventh location nationwide.
They have plans to expand within 36 Degrees North and then possibly branch out to their own space.
