Combat Photographer Welcomed Home At Tulsa Airport

A combat photographer received a big welcome home Monday night.

Sergeant Josie Carlson got a very loud welcome from dozens of people gathered at Tulsa International Airport.

She landed in Tulsa Monday after spending the last nine months in Iraq.

“I wasn't expecting any of this,” Carlson said. “I had a good time with my team. I'm just happy to be home with my family.”

Sgt. Carlson is a member of the U.S. Army.
