Driver Of Stolen Car Sought After Tulsa Chase

Sheriff's deputies say a person is on the run after jumping out of a stolen car during a Tulsa chase late Wednesday.

Just after 11 p.m., the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says a deputy attempted to stop a car displaying an improper tag in the 6300 block of East Haskell when the driver sped off.
Deputies say during the chase, the driver began driving dangerously and they backed off.

A short time later, deputies say the driver jumped out of the car while it was still moving near 7th and Darlington and ran off.  The car came to a stop when it bumped into a parked car in a driveway.  

A check showed the car had been stolen.  Deputies did not have a description of the driver.
