Tulsa Man Sentenced To 15 Years For Knowingly Spreading HIV

A Tulsa man heads to prison for 15 years for raping a 16-year-old girl and not using a condom even though he knew he was HIV positive.

Prosecutors say Calvin Hill admits doctors told him repeatedly to advise women he was HIV positive and have protected sex.

They say he ignored that advice when he sexually assaulted the victim and exposed her to a life-threatening disease.

They say Hill later created a fake Facebook page that made it look like the victim lied about the rape.
