Tulsa Police added another complaint to the list of accusations against the father of a 9-month-old baby who was hurt in a home invasion this week.
Joshua David Grant Hunt, 31, now faces a complaint of child neglect.
Hunt was hurt during a home invasion on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 when three people broke into his apartment . The baby was struck in the head with a large metal bar, according to police.
Police later arrested Hunt at the hospital, after security showed them surveillance video which police said shows Hunt taking an unattended purse from a waiting area and going through it in the elevator.
