Wagoner County sheriff’s deputies arrested five people on drug-related crimes Wednesday morning.
According to the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office, around 8:30 Wednesday morning, Sheriff Chris Elliott and several deputies executed a search warrant in the 13500 block of South 235th East Avenue in the Coweta area.
A release says deputies found drugs and drug paraphernalia and arrested Richard Broccard, 19, Miranda Broccard, 22, and Kelly Broccard, 50.
Those three were arrested for Possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Deputies also said, during the search, they received information that 22-year-old Stephanie Muldovan was set to deliver drugs to one of the residents in a parking lot of a business.
The release said deputies located Muldovan and found drugs in her vehicle. She was arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a weapon while in the commission of a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Finally, deputies say a second search warrant was issued at 2005 Southeast 7th Street in Wagoner where more drugs and firearms were located.
They said 33-year-old James Matthew Briggs was later arrested for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a weapon while in the commission of a felony, maintaining a dwelling for the sale of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
