Tulsa's Center Of Hope Announces Admission Policy Changes

The Salvation Army is making some changes in its admission policies at its Center Of Hope in Tulsa effective next month.

Starting October 10th, guests will have to pass a breathalyzer or field sobriety test to be admitted to the Center Of Hope at 102 North Denver Avenue.

Officials say those who are suspended from the center will not be allowed back inside, even if the weather is bad.

The Salvation Army also says they will start charging $10 a night, after 15 visits, but will waive the fee during severe weather.

Officials say the Salvation Army's Center Of Hope has recently been averaging more than 300 guests each night, and the Salvation Army says it has no choice but to enforce the new rules.
