Tulsa Police arrested two men and two women on theft and assault complaints in a traffic stop on Highway 169 near 11th Street Friday

TPD Captain Steve Odom says police originally got a call about a theft at Kohl's on 71st Street.

While police were en route, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper spotted a silver Chevy Spark matching the description of the car heading north on 169. He and Tulsa Police officers stopped it they and arrested the four people inside.

Captain Odom says the four loss prevention officers at Kohl's had confronted the four when they tried to leave without paying for a basket full of clothing. He said one of the men showed a gun and said, "Let my sister go or I will kill you."

Captain Odom said most of the clothing was left at the store, but police found some of it in the car.
